The situation
VARAMAR is a maritime transportation company.
They already ran on solid software for operations, chartering and client accounts, all of which stayed. Our job was to find where AI tools could save time on top of it.
With teams spread across 10 countries and a busy commercial side, sorting out the implementation of external AI systems was not a priority.
What we did
- 01
Looked at how the work gets done
We analyzed where time is spent: repetitive steps and administrative tasks people still do by hand because no system is in place to reliably execute them.
- 02
Found where AI fits
We ranked the real opportunities by time saved against effort to put in place. Key segments included the optimization of administrative processes and doc flow.
- 03
Strategic consulting
Once the bottlenecks were identified, we advised VARAMAR's top management on implementing AI tools internally, starting with the highest-impact changes. We focused on what would create the most impact in the shortest time.
The result
VARAMAR's management is able to leverage agentic AI architecture in their internal processes, allowing them to focus on activities that drive revenue.
